Custom Engraved Patches

Introducing our latest addition Custom patches. Crafted with precision, each patch is individually engraved and meticulously cut from premium leatherette. Elevate your brand with these premium patches!

Our custom patches are permanently laser engraved. The engraving process seamlessly etches the design into the leather, guaranteeing lasting quality.


Here's how to apply them:
1. Peel off the paper from the back side of the patch.
2. Set your Heat Press to 310 degrees and press for 25 seconds with medium pressure. . Adjust if needed after checking the edges for peeling.
3. For those applying patches onto hats, note that some cheaper presses may not fit perfectly, leaving gaps that could cause creasing or visibility of the center seam. To mitigate this, fold a cloth as needed and place it on top of the bottom plate to fill the gap between the plate and the hat's front.
Please keep in mind that these instructions serve as a starting point. Depending on your equipment, some trial and error may be necessary initially. Once you determine the optimal settings for your press, you can apply patches confidently every time.
